I’ve been working through The Artists Way by Julia Cameron with an incredible support group recently. I’m so excited to see where it leads me. And to finish the book for the first time!?

Create more than you consume! I recently read the book “Your Brain on Art How the Arts Transform us” by Susan Magsamen and Ivy Ross. The book changed the way I think about being creative. It’s so good for our mental well being.
Then I saw Susan Magsamen speak in person. They are sharing such an important message with the world right now :)

I’m painting Samford Hall at Auburn University today. I cannot believe my baby niece is graduating high school and going to Auburn in the fall. But also so excited that Auburn is a closer visit from Charlotte!
