Something cool about wheelchair rugby, each wheelchair is custom made to fit each player and specifically designed for sport 🏐⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

To match my subjects eye-line I usually have to raise my tripod above my head. When I’m shooting doc style, I don’t have time to drop and raise the tripod legs so I move it as it. Every time I shoot like this someone offers to carry my camera for me. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I understand the gesture is supposed to be kind but it comes off condescending. If I couldn’t handle carrying a camera I wouldn’t be working in this field. I have a system that works for me and, believe it or not, I’m strong! On a COVID free week, I would go to a climbing gym every other day 💪⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

If I, or any other woman in the film community, needs help carrying gear we’ll ask for it. 98% of the time, we’re strong enough to do it ourselves and the other 2% of the time we’re smart enough to know our limits.🤘⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

A makeup artist’s talent always blow me away 🤯

They somehow use 5+ different eyeshadow colors and make a gorgeous blend 😍
They can wing eyeliner PERFECTLY so it’s dramatic but not overdone.
Also contouring and highlighting... and doing it sooo well 👌
