Over the last 6 years of coaching, I’ve been able to work with junior lifters of all levels. From wanting to learn how to move better and lift more, to competing at novice and local comps and to even becoming junior national champions or medalists. I myself came into this sport as a sub junior, and the goals and passion from these years is truely what has inspired me to want to help others start or continue their powerlifting journey. Having an opportunity as a coach to make these lessons and experiences more accessible is a huge honour. If you are a junior lifter looking to join output in 2026, there has never been a better time. Let’s book in a chat with the link in my bio

Team output Arguably one of the most diverse coaching teams in Australia: - 2x ipf world champion - Cat 2 referee - Aus head coach / platform coaches - All international level representatives - Combined average of 6 years competing Doesn’t hurt to lead by example from our experience, if you are looking to join a team who understands what it’s like at all levels of the powerlifting athlete journey there is no better time than now. 📸 @thirds.co

I won’t sit here and say I have 10 more in me, but the least I can do is pass on some hard learned lessons 🤝

Breaking the habit of viewing the highest weight = more work is tough. Learning to visualise a compounding effort can be a great mindset shift when it comes to putting in quality work. It really is as simple as doing a little more over time rather than a lot right now #powerlifting #femalestrengthcoach #squat #benchpress #deadlift

Bold of you to assume your week 1 needs to go up every block 🤪 #powerlifting #sbd #femalestrengthcoach

Topics I found are quickly forgotten when the time passes, but cause panic when they return. What are some other brushed over topics?

Maximise your bench arch with this simple tech change. Recently adjusted @darciek13 bench set up with this very same feedback and the results were instant If you’re struggling with your bench set up, shoot me a DM and let’s get started 📥 #powerlifting #femalestrengthcoach #squat #benchpress #deadlift

Your program should change and will change as you do. This might mean adapting to your current physical states (moving around injuries etc) or the lesser spoken about external life balance. #femalestrengthcoach #powerlifting #squat #benchpress #deadlift

Rep ranges are one of the best ways to kickstart your momentum again! If you have been stuck at the same accessory weight for the last few years, might be time to give yourself some ranges. #powerlifting #femalestrengthcoach #squat #benchpress #deadlift

Hattfields and hattfield variations have been a tool I’ve used over the past 4 years. I also think lifters find this to be one of the most digestible ways to get some serious squat tonnage in. From my own experience they are quite fun to push. Has your squat been stalled? Shoot me a DM to see how I can help you #powerlifting #femalestrengthcoach #squat #benchpress #deadlift
