“Blutiful” Day, at the Empowered to Serve Scholarship Luncheon held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Suffern, New York, hosted by the Tau Gamma Zeta Chapter, of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated. The Eastern Region New York State Director received the honor of having a Scholarship named atter her, as well as, recognized for her esteemed Leadership, Accomplishments, and Community Service. More important, we are proud to Congratulate our Chapter Member, Mrs. Wilhelmine Herard-James, on this esteemed and honorable occasion.
