Get ready to sweat for a great cause! @charfitnessclub is teaming up with the Best Day Foundation for the Beach Buddy Workout Challenge. It’s a fun, high-energy partner workout where teamwork meets purpose.
Grab a friend (or we’ll match you with a buddy!) and take on this “You Go, I Go” partner challenge designed to test strength, endurance, and teamwork , all while supporting an incredible mission.
