Kilo Type | William Montrose
After an internship at FontShop International in Berlin and earning an MA in Typeface Design at the University of Reading in 2013, William Montrose worked in and collaborated with several type design studios. In 2018, he founded Kilotype together with Selma Losch. Their award-winning practice centers on highly individual and experimental designs as well as complex variable type systems.

Ignacio Casco is a type designer and lecturer at Greenwich University. Before establishing his own independent foundry, Best Typefaces, he worked with several type design studios, contributing to a wide range of commercial and custom projects. His work blends geometric rigor with everyday usability, with a focus on technically robust type systems that remain refined in structure but hard to ignore in character.
