If we understand how we naturally show up in high-stress moments or intense sprints, we lead with intention, not just reaction. 👈 Let's talk about 3 of the most common styles, Autocratic, Laissez-Faire, and Democratic. 🎯Autocratic: you make the majority of decisions about what the team should focus on. 🪁 Laissez-Faire: (translates to "let it go" in French) you prefer to give team members nearly full autonomy. 🙋🏽‍♀️ Democratic: you still make the final decision but encourage contributions from all team members. Concept is simple but powerful: over time, we build trust with others through consistent communication. These are our "deposits". Then, when the inevitable happens—a missed deadline, a tough conversation, or a mistake—we’re able to make a withdrawal.
