Je dois avouer qu'après mon opération de l'œil gauche jeudi, ce n'était pas le plus évident des défis... J'ai donc utilisé un stylo à pointe plus large afin de mieux distinguer les traits et continuer à prendre du plaisir à dessiner malgré tout.

I have to admit that after my left eye surgery on Thursday, this wasn't the easiest challenge... So I used a wider-tipped pen to better distinguish the lines and still enjoy drawing despite everything.

Je ne pensais pas prendre autant de plaisir à dessiner ces cinq poules pour le challenge #parkinsonsartchallenge de notre ami @parkinson_elche_arte .
Cela change agréablement des paysages, des maisons ou des natures mortes... et c'est vraiment rafraîchissant.
Je vous encourage à tenter l'expérience : plaisir et bonheur assurés.

I didn't expect to enjoy drawing these five hens so much for our friend @parkinson_elche_arte 's #parkinsonsartchallenge.
It's a pleasant change from landscapes, houses, or still lifes... and it's truly refreshing.

A subject that immediately appealed to me, so much so that I wanted to share it with you—even though it wasn't so easy to interpret... It's hard to resist the charm of this little Parisian restaurant in the 4th arrondissement.

Au départ, le sujet ne m'attirait pas vraiment... et puis, au fil du travail, j'ai découvert toute sa richesse. Finalement, bien plus intéressant et subtil - qu'il n'y paraissait.
Voici donc ma version, un peu différente de ce que je fais d'habitude... et j'avoue que ce changement m'a fait du bien.
Here's my interpretation of the #drawsebcabin challenge from our friend @artseb26 .
At first, the subject didn't really appeal to me... but as I worked on it, I discovered its full potential. Ultimately, it was much more interesting and subtle than it initially seemed.
So here's my version, a little different from what I usually do... and I have to admit, this change was refreshing. #sketching #urbansketch #urbansketchers urbansketching

Cette petite maison tournée vers la mer, bercée par l'ombre des palmiers, m'a donné envie de ralentir, de m'y attarder quelques jours, entre lumière et silence.

This little house facing the sea, bathed in the shade of palm trees, made me want to slow down, to linger there for a few days, surrounded by light and silence.
