Spiegel - Mirroring in dancing When dancing, especially in shuffle, you answer eachothers moves. This had me surprised cause for me personally, it took over a week to understand the x-outing step. Two weeks to land it on beat. When i was dancing with this great dancer, she just copied me, doing the x 4 times, as if it was nothing. Really impressive. Mixing different steps & styles isn't always working for competitions, i'm a big fan of it, cause it adds a personal note. ♡ #drumandbass #dnb #dnbfamily #dance #dancechallenge

5 weeks progress for those who payed close attention it took me 5 weeks. after initially being delulu enough to state wanting to learn spins in just 2 weeks, i learned 2 in 5. 😄😄 im glad I didn't stop after it taking twice as long, ending up still landing bumpy sometimes: [because ive been wanting to be able to do this for at least 8 years now.] so yeah, after 10.5 years of dnb, 8.5 years of dancing and about a year of doing the proper x-outing step, i stood my first spin. i know this reel is short, its not my goal to make it look easy. this is years of trying, finding & trying other ways. hardest part, alone & self-taught because i couldn't see the international dance community yet. thx everyone for the tips. thanks for believing in me and sticking around till i actually get it. thx to the lir step contest by @dnbstep_association @thestepofdnb , the @amsterdamraveacademy bootcamp & workshops and @newera_dnb for the inspiring motivation uploading all these creative videos. but foremost the time, the feedback and the tips and tricks via dms. would not have made it without you. ♡ im feeling inspired, so ill be making my baby steps one a day, one at a time. hopefully well meet in real life one day. ♡ A
