So many layers of myself has been pealing in this sacred pause. I can feel the fear, I can see the identity and box that I have been confiding myself in and tbh Iām in this messy place of expansion.

This year has came with so much change and evolution and now in this phase of my life, my body is asking for rest and nourishment, and trusting that the unfolding is already happening.
Right now Iām in the honoring the sacred pause and really just allowing time and space as I integrate all these beautiful lessons.
