✨ Project Complete | Luxury Guest Room Transformation ✨
We recently returned to an existing client’s property to transform their former Wendy house into a luxury guest suite, perfectly timed for the Christmas break and visiting guests.
Delivered on the agreed handover date and completed in just 6 weeks from start to finish, the project involved a full strip-back to the structural frame, followed by:
• New insulation throughout
• Underfloor heating installation
• New plumbing
• Complete electrical re-wire
Most importantly, our client confirmed the finished space exceeded their expectations, which is always the ultimate measure of success.
A fantastic example of how thoughtful design and careful execution can completely redefine a space.

📍 Site visit – Sussex
A recent visit to one of our Sussex projects, where we’re delivering a complete renovation, multiple extensions, and a new detached double garage.
This scheme is slightly different to many of our projects, as the brief is to create a healthy home, using low- and zero-VOC materials wherever possible — prioritising air quality, wellbeing, and long-term performance.
Progress to date includes:
• Double garage construction completed
• Selective demolition to the main house
• Full strip-out of unwanted materials
We’re now moving into the next phase, with new structural openings underway, temporary propping in place, and structural steels being installed.

• New porch featuring traditional oak beams
• Brick planters and a new patio
We’re now into the finishing touches, with everything coming together just in time for Christmas 🎄
