It took me a while to post this, not for any big reason, except that I wanted the edit to perfectly reflect what this night truly meant to me. My birthday was last October, and turning 52 isn’t a milestone on paper… but this year carried a lot of weight. So this wasn’t just a birthday celebration, it was a celebration of life. A celebration of making it through a difficult year, and wanting to share that gratitude with the people who matter.
To my friends who flew in from Manila, my El Nido friends, and of course my family- thank you. Your presence made the night special. And what made it even more extraordinary was Wolfgang’s Steakhouse bringing their mobile kitchen and hard working staff all the way to El Nido, giving us a full premium steak experience right at home.
