HIIT circuit/40 seconds active/20 second rest/1 min rest in between rounds/3-4 rounds
•push-up to shoulder taps
•reverse lunge hop (switch sides 20 seconds in)
•pushup variation
•tuck ins
•high knees

Pay attention to how you speak about yourself.
When you say,
“I’m just bad at communication.”
“I’ve always struggled with discipline.”
“I grew up this way.”
“That’s just my personality.”
You’re not describing reality.
You’re reinforcing it.
The story you tell yourself becomes the life you live.
We’re all writing our own narrative every single day.
Through our thoughts.
Through our words.
Through the meaning we attach to our circumstances.
Yes, your upbringing matters.
Yes, your environment had influence.
But at some point, ownership has to enter the room.
You get to choose:
Am I going to keep explaining why things are the way they are?
Or am I going to become the reason they change?
The moment you say,
“The person in the mirror is responsible for my results”
is the moment your life shifts.
That level of ownership is power.
Stop blaming your past.
Stop blaming your circumstances.
Stop labeling your weaknesses as permanent traits.
You are not fixed.
You are not finished.
