It’s about the complete experience. The team. The crew. The band. The artist. The production teams. The trucking teams. The riggers. The audio, video, lighting, and special effects crews all working together toward one common goal… creating unforgettable moments and lifelong memories for every fan that walks through those gates.
What people see for a few hours each night is the result of countless hours of hard work, sacrifice, trust, and teamwork behind the scenes. And somewhere along the way, these people stop becoming coworkers and start becoming family. The friendships built on the road are hard to explain unless you’ve lived it yourself. The laughs during load-ins, the exhaustion after load-outs, the problem solving, the victories, and even the tough days all become part of the story.
Touring with artists and departments that work to produce the Brantley Gilbert show are absolutely no exception. Being surrounded by so many talented people that truly care about creating something special every single night is something we never take for granted. Love every minute out here.
