Since there are some new faces here, and for those who have been with me since the beginning… I wanted to share a gentle introduction, or perhaps a reintroduction, to the story behind the lens. Hi, I’m Ben. From a happy kid to a happy bigger kid man photographer in East London. I’ve spent 16+ years assisting and directing, but I still make plenty of time for traveling, baking, and the occasional BBQ. Yes I cycle around London on a rather silly beautiful road bike that I don’t lock outside. I am partial to biscoff (spread). Most importantly, I’m the person you can count on to make the work feel like play & the play feels like those sentimental memories you want to keep in that memory bank! No matter the schedule, I shall forever hold time for ‘you’.

I get a very specific feeling every time I come back to London after being away for work or on holiday. I feel like there’s something in the air, something meant for me. It’s almost like a sign telling me I’m exactly where I’m meant to be. Sometimes living here as a creative can be really tough. You often feel overwhelmed and invisible. But in the end, the city lights, the music, and the presence of art in every corner, never fail to remind you why you decided to stay 😍 I’d move to London a thousand times again. ♥️ Thank you @benpetercatchpole 📸 for capturing these moments
