no happier times in my life than summers with friends. in each new phase of life the friends that come and go continue to get truer and truer and more authentic. as I am challenging myself to stay off instagram a bit more lately, I cannot help but share how lucky I am. for the good times and the bad. the ups and the downs. somehow we make it through, and it is always better on the other side. sorry not sorry for the photo bomb stephie ;)

I’ve become fully obsessed with fitness lately. It just feels so good to know I’m guaranteeing my health, my strength, and my future. The practice is going strong and am working on taking things to the next level. So much growth lately. So many lessons lately. Always truly genuinely learning lots.

over the past year I’ve had the privilege of calling some incredible athletes friend. giving everyone of them the recognition they deserve as they pour their blood sweat and tears into what they do and love every day of their lives - chasing dreams and making them come true. absolutely inspiring.
with a full plate of projects I’m overwhelmed but so excited in the same stride. I just wanted to share this little edit I did on the drive home as I sit down and grind for the next few days. my drive is to keep taking my creativity to the next level while helping those around me along the way. little step by little step. grateful for all the people I get to meet and serve along the way. I have made some of the most beautiful friendships diving into this world of media and I am beyond full bc of it.
