This year asked more from me than I knew how to give.
There are days I don’t know how to explain the ache—how grief stacks on top of grief. Some days, just breathing feels like effort.
I don’t fully understand why things happen the way they do—but I’m choosing to accept what I cannot change, to honor the love that shaped me, and to keep sharing love while I’m still here.
Love doesn’t disappear when someone leaves. It changes form.
It stays in the way we remember, the way we speak their names, the way we choose kindness even when our hearts are tired.

Every day without you feels heavier than the last. The house is quieter, our steps are slower, and our hearts ache in places we never knew existed. You weren’t just our dog — you were our son, our joy, our constant reminder of what pure, unconditional love looks like.
Thank you for choosing us, for filling our lives with your softness, your chaos, your laughter, and your warmth. We are forever grateful that we got to experience you — the sweetest, kindest, most loyal good boy. Creating this post is heartbreaking. Crossing that finish line wasn’t just about running, it was about proving to myself that I could push through when everything in me wanted to stop.
Truly this first marathon is the hardest thing I’ve ever done and strongest i’ve ever felt. It stripped me down to my limits, but in that struggle I found myself. Pain turned into strength, doubt turned into faith, and every step forward was proof that the human spirit is stronger than we think.
To my wife @ionamags who supports me during training runs and who also got her PR in 5k to make sure she’s there at the finish line after i completed my race. To my family who believed in me on this challenge. Specially to ate @kaerendeemarin and brother in law Paul who influenced and inspired me to push my limits into this sport. Thank you guys! 🙌🏻
