#RedBankNJ Always fun chatting with dear friend Ivan Polonsky. We try to meet up at least twice a month, today at Red Diner (Excellent soup and BLT’s today). I don’t think he realizes it, but he’s an important mentor to me, thank you ❤️. Former Red Bank Councilman and longtime school board Member (Borough and Red Bank Regional High School). We also both attend Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Monmouth County together @uucongregationlincroft
#redbanknj Red Bank Counci Members Nancy Blackwood @ennfbee and myself attend the opening of @kennysmeals . Got the tour from the founder Kenny. Thank you. Hearing lots of great things about your place. Thank you for coming to Red bank. I’ll be in. #120 Monmouth Street. Congratulations to the whole team. @borough_of_redbank #kennysmeals
Fun bumping into into former Red Bank Councilwoman Gracie CanRy. I found myself in the Long Branch Fine Fair Supermarket (one the few independents left). Grace and I spent some time discussing Red Bank. Grace is now resident West Long Branch but continues to follow Red Bank doings so we had a lot to chat about.
I had just attended a memorial service in Long Branch. #RedBankNJ
#redbanknj What a nice surprise this morning at church (@uucongregationlincroft )to see RBR students doing a fundraiser for a plan trip to Washington DC. Organized by the friends service committee, immigrant, wise program of New Jersey. @afscnj

At the Red Bank Foodtown today celebrating 70 years of Circus Foodtown. Owners and staff here, chatting with The Red Bank Manager, John. I am a fan.
My favorites are the prepared foods, the meat department and produce✅
I did get excellent Scottish salmon there this year for Valentine’s Day (flowers too )
They’ve been a part of our Red Bank lives for Borough of Red Bank, NJber. Amazing employees. Thank you for inviting me over today to represent the Borough of Red Bank, NJ.
My family has been shopping here for several generations. My son, Zack‘s first job was here.
Amy and my first choice for grab & go prepared food. Better than the other big food markets in my opinion; smaller selection but better quality and price.
Grateful to have a great food market right here in town. Thankful for all the jobs and a locally owned business. #redbanknj @circusfoodtown
I’m gonna be running a tabletop role-playing game called Pathfinder at our downtown game. Monday the 13th and 27 April. Sign up on this link. Cost is $20 per session. Game is three hours as introduction, but experience players would be fine too. Running their beginner box set which is a lot of fun. I expect it to be at least two or three games. @shoregamers Here is link to reserve a spot:

@thewagband amazing Beetle spectacular at the Strand in Lakewood. So glad I went. They’re just keeping getting better. Amy Goldsmith (wife) and cousin George joined. Bumped into some friends too. ❤️
Excellent use of graphics, historic video clips. But the enthusiasm and personal touch of the performers made the night.
A big wow of the dancers and additional musicians on stage. No compromises here.
I also want a complement the staff and volunteers of the Strand. The 100 plus year theater looks great, and the staff was on top of everything @thestrandnj
I will disclose that I am biased. I know several band members. They volunteer locally. They work so hard. So greatful for all they do🙏#TheWagBand

#RedBankNJ Out walking, bumped some @borough_of_redbank Police officers today working downtown. Took this photo of Chief Michael Frazee. Grateful for your hard work and professionalism.

Happy Birthday Erika. So wonderful to be part of your family. Love this picture of us meeting up on a very cold day to enjoy a meal at this fabulous old-time diner in Summit, New Jersey.
#RedBankNJ Rally today in opposition to ICE. Well organized by Red Bank youth organizers. Thank you for inviting me. Honored to be there today. I am grateful for your courage. I took these photos and videos.
Event included a march on Monmouth and Broad streets from the Red Bank Train Station, ultimately to Riverside Gardens Park.
Organizers had chaperones get us through town efficiently. The Red Bank Police escorted and did traffic control; professional and helpful, thank you.
I didn’t agree with every utterance spoken by speakers; and that’s okay.
We should be governed by laws, humane values, and due process. Many in my neighborhood on Locust Ave. Red Bank, live in fear. Children should not have to fear that their parents will disappear. I am disgusted by the conduct of masked ICE agents.
