Recorded live in our practice space, 4 tracks worth 4 minutes of an end to end struggle. Anxiety, mental pain, physical pain, and social commentary are delivered with no time wasted. It’s unabashedly uncomfortable. Its imperfections are beautiful and I’d have it no other way. I cherish the gift of being able to sit behind a drum set with my friends and let go of everything in a space where I am seen, heard, and free to be myself. I want that for everyone.
