This is a preview of my soon to be dance -music - osteopathic- do it yourself - heart/lung Bitter Lake podcast. It is a love story like no other along with my journey of understanding the beauty of our homeless community. The music, anatomy lesson and dance is coming soon but the hard work behind the scenes just gives you taste of what’s to come. Hats off to recreational Acoustic Lab and deep appreciation of co-conspirators in this rather over the top funny flop; Mat Levine-percussion, Eric Padget-bass/production, Bruce Drager-electric guitar, chorus lyrics and vocals, Sean Downey- videography and the Yoga Rockers-vocals.

I saw something recently that stated that "swimming is better than running." While I can totally agree that many of us can't run for many reasons, the fact is that the DNA of human osteopathic anatomy is earth-bound. Yes, we "deeply" have many attributes of our aquatic neighbors and can greatly benefit from moving like fish (their muscle activity is completely connected to respiration). But.....Human cartilage and bones are meant to have vibrational, rotational and flexion/extension in every weight bearing movement moment. These actions are the exact stimulus that improves cerebral spinal flow (the blood flow for your central nervous system). On that note (please sing), I will start to teach you how you get your body to vibrate, rotate and flex/extend. Maybe you will never run again, maybe you just don't want to. While you should honor your yay or nay-running situation, there is always dancing, vibrating, shaking and flapping; either in standing, sitting or supine. We can all get a bit of spinal cord and brain stem health this way.

According to Gerald Pollack (world renowned scientist, professor, author and researcher), in his latest book, Charged, he states that hurricanes and even galaxies are governed by electromagnetic interactions. It's astounding to me how much hurricanes resemble galaxies and how much the shape and movement of our stomach to duodenum (beginning of small intestines) and the flow of large intestines to rectum, also seems systematically similar? The transverse abdominus muscle is the deep abdominal exhale muscle. It lifts your heart and lungs up, squeezes the liver, is attached to the mesentery and kidneys, gives the pelvic organs, nerves and circulatory vessels all the change in pressure to do their functional tasks. As all muscles, they should only contract half the time (just like the heart and the breath). Allow the belly to push open (relaxing Transverse Abdominus) on the inhale and allow the heart and lungs to get their goodies everywhere they need to go.

Been trying to teach myself how to play the horn to learn how to sing. Shout out to Eric Padget, at Recreational Psychoacoustics Lab for his sound and spirit advise to use my gut to get those high notes. How about all notes and is doing it correctly mean your "belly dancing"?????

Sorry everyone for not keeping up with my much needed health tips. I got lost in fame and good fortune becoming a dancing rock star. But.... I haven't forgotten all of you who are also becoming dancing rockstars. Just moving your head side to side like you're saying a small gentle NO while dancing, running, doing dishes, walking, talking....., will help your internal organs to move well. The nerves that turn your head (Assessory Nerve) are right up against the nerves that make the smooth muscles in your gut move (Vagus Nerve).

Walking can be healing for the back and gut issues. Spinal rotation is key. Allow your head to rotate with spine. This helps the brain stem to rotate too. For more fun, join Wassa Dance with Lara McIntosh and/or Zumba with Daniel Santos, both classes at Brazil in Motion, for really ecstatic spinal rotation.

What to do in a world where one must hunt deep to find the truth? How does soap clean your skin? Negatively charged soap surfactant orients to attract polar molecules like water and re-organizes, lift and trap dirt, oil, and grease from surfaces. Why, as a self ordained insane anatomist, would I be bringing this up? The negatively charged surfactant in our lungs keeps our lung aveoli from collapsing and protected from pathogens. Deep nose breathing helps to create a more negative (which is positive) environment for our sinuses, trachea and lungs. Stick your feet in the sand or even better the ocean, to increase your negativity.

Ok you didn't vote for me 5 years ago or even last year. I don't really care any more since voting is all a simulated constuct of how much our population has been manipulated anyway. I will take over the White House tegardless and immediatekt begin NICE (never immigration criminal enforcement),
