We make this bread twice a year, Valentineâs Day, and Motherâs Day!! Cocoa powder, dried tart cherries, chocolate chunks, and a touch of sugar make this sourdough a delectable (but not too sweet) treat! Come grab one for that spcial person in your life, and be sure to get a heart-shaped slim for dinner!
Of course, we will have all your other favorites (including bagels, chocolate babka, and fresh cinnamon rolls!)

Betsy and Travis have built something really special here. What started as a passion for fermentation turned into handmade sourdough that people genuinely plan their Sundays around. Itâs been a whole journey for themâgrowing, learning, and finding new ways to share their bread with a community they clearly love.

We will NOT be open on Easter Sunday, but we made a ton of bread for tomorrow (Saturday 8am-2pm). Come stock up on all of your favorites, including Lemon/Blueberry and JalapeĂąo/Cheddar. In addition, we will have bagels, babka, cinnamon rolls, and cookies! No bunny shaped loaves, because well, we think all our Countries look like bunnies!
đ¨REMINDERđ¨ We will be CLOSED the following week for Sprint Break, but will be open on 4/11-4/12 for normal hours (8-2)
We are getting VERY close to completing our new production/shop space, and with that we are looking to add to our amazing team!
We have a position in the shop that we are looking to fill ASAP. Hours to start will beâŚ
Wednesdays (8:30-4:30)
Sundays (6:30-2:30)
and Tuesdays (8:30-4:30)
Wednesdays are our most immediate need so if you are open to the role and wanna jump right in, let us know!
Back of house positions would begin once we move over to our new space (in the next month or so), but we are starting to interview now! The roles we are looking to fill will vary based on each candidateâs experience. This could range from an entry-level dough shaper to a full-time baker/mixer position. Experience is always a huge plus, but more important is a positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Additionally, there could be a situation where a candidate could support both our FOH and BOH where needed. If any of these roles sound like a good fit, please email us your resume to [email protected]!

We will have our version of this tasty treat FRI/SAT/SUN! We make ours with a combination of @ronnybrookfarm buttermilk, and a healthy amount of our sourdough starter. The dough is allowed to slightly bulk ferment overnight in the fridge, before shaping and baking the next morning! Made with organic raisins and just enough caraway seeds, all it needs is some @kerrygoldusa butter! SlĂĄinte!
