My grandfather inspired me to learn how to fabricate metal. Watching him transform an old boat trailer into a utility trailer over 30 years ago, that my dad and I still use, is my oldest memory of him. What keeps you motivated throughout the day? Knowing that my family relies on me, and not wanting to disappoint them or watch them struggle is number one. Number 2, watching my boys' faces when I ask if they want to go to the garage!
