Dans ma quête d’en apprendre davantage sur le thé matcha, la semaine dernière j’ai visité plusieurs fermes, rencontré des producteurs passionnés, goûté, comparé, appris.🍃
Alors , d’où vient notre matcha ?
Chaque choix raconte une histoire. La nôtre commence à Kagoshima, au Japon — une région réputée pour la richesse de ses terres volcaniques et la qualité exceptionnelle de ses récoltes.
Nous avons sélectionné un cultivar précis : Okumidori.
Un thé reconnu pour son équilibre, sa faible amertume et sa belle profondeur.
Rien n’est laissé au hasard.
