Back on the Central Coast for a while, scootân around and acquiring new levels of poison oak in pursuit of waterfall dippage. Feels itchy but right !
Sometimes you have to count grass at 7am in the freezing rain and you canât feel your feet and your hands feel like bricks but you still need to use those bricks to collect data and you have another week in the backcountry and you think gosh why do I work outside!
And then sometimes you get to walk through places like this all day and lay in the sun on a big rock or watch a coyote hop around a meadow and you think gosh it is cool I get to work outside!
