Track day on a Porsche 911 GT3 RS… and what a day it was.
The car that showed up wasn’t even the model that was planned, and we didn’t even get the right number of laps because my copilot got it wrong… 😅😮💨
But once the helmet was on, none of that mattered.
Real life is obviously different from the simulator… but you can still feel the sim experience kicking in.
The braking points, the racing line, the track learning — all that practice was actually super effective once on the real circuit.
And honestly… feeling the car move, hearing the tires scream and burning rubber for real is something else entirely. 🏎️💨
