There have been a few new faces so here’s a lil reintroduction from last weeks class for anyone who has been considering or planning to join us. The container has hit full capacity most weeks so if you do plan to join, please arrive on time to avoid disappointment. It’s an intentional space here, so please check your intentions before entering the space - it’s more than just a movement class, it’s part of a wider movement toward social change, starting with knowing and embracing all parts of self, allowing space for recognition of any changes that need to be made or action that needs to be taken. If you’re happy in blissful ignorance of challenging stuff, basking in privilege whilst upholding oppressive systems, and /or are choosing hyper-individualism over connection then, with love, this probably isn’t a space for you.

A little milestone for us… one year of walking together (even if we’re not entirely sure when we started counting!)
We loved welcoming new faces this weekend and sharing the space with both familiar and first-time walkers. There’s something really special about watching the group slowly grow, step by step
Huge thank you to our volunteers who helped with setting up, leafleting, walking, and braving the windy conditions thank you to @bembecafe for hosting us in the Karibu Room for a cosy post-walk tea & coffee. They’ve got a brand new in-house chef and a new menu coming soon! definitely check out the sourdough chicken panini, salads, and fresh juices in the fridge next time you’re there.
