- 200g King Oyster Mushrooms
- 1tbpsn Olive Oil
- Salt to taste
For the Marinade:
- 2 tbspn Light Soy Sauce or Tamari
- 1 tbspn Fish Sauce (omit for vegetarians)
- 1 tbspn Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 tspn sugar
- 1 handful chopped coriander
- 1 tspn chilli flakes
- 1 tspn sesame seeds for garnish
