One of the easiest, yummiest pasta to make. The creamy, buttery salted egg sauce is so addicting which goes well with pasta (pwede rin with rice). Can’t wait to make this again.

✨Salted Egg Shrimp Pasta✨
Salted eggs, whole eggs mashed
Shrimps, shells removed & deveined
Cooking oil
Butter
Garlic, minced
Cream
Honey
Pasta water
Ground pepper
Pasta, cooked according to packaging
Parsley
Lemon juice
Lemon slices for garnish
1) In a pan, sear shrimps in cooking oil until it changes color. Season with salt and black pepper.Set aside.
2) In the same pan, add butter then saute garlic and mashed salted egg.
3) Add cream and pasta water.
4) Add back the seared shrimp then simmer for 2 minutes.
5) Mix in the cooked pasta.
6) Drizzle with lemon juice then garnish with parsley and lemon slices.
7) Enjoy as it is or with garlic bread.

Just sharing the joy of transforming a neglected dirty kitchen to a fully functional (and aesthetic) one, and now with breakfast/coffee nook. Since we’re on a budget, most of the items were reused/recycled/repurposed/restored and some were bought online. 😉👌🏻 The upgraded dirty kitchen is the best option to cook during summer days while the nook serves as a relaxing place to sip a cup of coffee or tea. Masarap din mag work dito at mag-muni-muni. 😄😉👌🏻
My most favorite item was the vintage spoons and forks (probably gifted to my MIL back in the day) that were supposedly thrown away due to stains but after restoration (using baking soda and sand paper), regained its luster and turned out to be really pretty. 🤩
