Sydney and Northern Beaches ✨
I stayed with some lovely girls I had never met before, Friends of a Friend of a friend. I got to stay on their gigantic sofa in an amazing place in Sydney. Thank you for your kindness 💗 Then I stayed up in Mona vale for a week with a really nice Family and made a load of vegan food and treats for them and went on some nice walks and went surfing whilst praying I wouldn’t get eaten by a bull shark 🤣 Sydney has that vibe of being in a city while surrounded by nature, reminded me a bit of Rio 🥹

As I move through one of the hardest and scariest times of my life I have started to look for ways to make the days a bit easier. Practicing gratitude for what I have is something that always makes me feel better. It is truly healing. I’ve started to pick up my guitar and play and sing whatever comes into my mind about something that I’m grateful for. I record it sometimes incase something I can use for creative purposes comes of it. If you know me, you know that I take looking after my friends and family very seriously. That will always be my priority in life. Having a support system of beautiful people around you can get you though anything, you just have to be strong and patient and accept the love that comes your way. Today I had to sing about the people that are there for me, there are no words to express how much the love you show me means. And I truly wish that everyone can find a community of people that hold them at their best and also at their worst. Thank god for Friends, family and music ❤️ maybe Ill turn this into a song one day ❤️🩹
