“Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.” James 1:2-4
This season of life has brought a lot of surprises. Feels like nothing has worked out the way I planned or anticipated… and yet God. If there is anything I’ve learned from the past 6 months it’s that the greatest thing I can do in life is lean into prayer, gratitude and full surrender to God’s will for my life.
I never want to be more tied to ____ (my job, my plan, my finances, etc.) than what God has for us.
And then I look through photos and my heart is filled with so much joy for all the moments in and between the rhythms of life that God has blessed me with.
