This isn’t a knock on the workouts. They’re great for accountability, community, and getting you moving! But effort alone doesn’t guarantee results. If your body isn’t changing, it usually comes down to this: • You’re not following a structured plan outside of class • You’re not progressing your weights or intensity • Your nutrition doesn’t support your goal So you end up working really hard… but not actually moving forward. Classes burn calories. They don’t automatically build a strong, lean body. That requires: ✔️ Progressive training ✔️ Intentional nutrition ✔️ A plan you can follow consistently This is exactly what I help my clients dial in so their workouts actually start working for them.
