Taking a second to think back on a production from the end of last year!
I had the privilege of doing choreography and movement direction for this fabulous production, one that has now been nominated for an award.
Working specifically with actors to create movement for stage was something that I little experience in before working with @breconlittletheatre and I’m very grateful for @cwrankin and @nia_roberts_tropic putting their trust in me.
It was an experience I thoroughly enjoyed and hope to repeat in the future. Rent specifically explores themes of empowerment and confidence through movement with the characters Angel and Mimi. I worked with the principals in private sessions so really bring these sides of the characters out, as well as developing group, full cast, numbers.
