Somatic / ecstatic dance is a guided musical journey that invites you out of your head and back into your body. It’s a space where you’re free to move without judgment, with the intention of releasing what’s been sitting in your system and reconnecting with your natural rhythm.
This event is alcohol-free, intentionally designed to help you fully drop into the music and the experience.
@mickey.space brings over 10 years of ecstatic dance DJ experience, and I’m really excited to collaborate with him to help hold this space.
