There is something beautiful about words and their ability to fragment. Each word has the potential to carry worlds - to inhabit the complexity of layered feelings while also being limited by definition. Simultaneously disjointed & expansive. The ability to use the gaze, to see a word, an image, anything… and connect with it through energy. To tie one’s heart to an expression that reflects the individual back to themselves… is special.

A year of movement…. Thankful for this year although it stripped me to my core 🐍. Thankful to be able to use my body as a mode of expression and release. Excited for what the new year will bring 🔐🎠🖤
