Travelling across inter-stellar space, is a message sent from planet Earth nearly 50 years ago. In 1977 Carl Sagan launched the Voyager Program, 2 probes catapulted into space travelling forever - with a message for any lifeforms that find it. This message comes in the form of a Golden Vinyl Record mounted on a probe. On this disk, are engraved images with the coordinates to Earth’s location, as well as a selection of music, sounds and greetings from all people of Earth.
Xabanga brings together a tribute to this truly remarkable achievement of our time. Each artist on this compilation presents their track with 1 or more samples from the Golden Record, sending the signal into space once more - in the form of psychedelic trance music.

Mandala Mantra is a three-track collaboration exploring sound as meditation. Drawing from Japanese cinematic shadows, spiritual oral traditions, and classical theatre, Anarkick and Tadayan work with fragments of mid-century samurai epics, ritual performance, and the voices of Buddhist monks
The EP moves in cycles rather than progressions, rhythm, voice, and texture arise, dissolve, and return, mirroring the form of a mandala: no beginning, no end, no destination.
Tuned to 432 Hz, A subtle recalibration of pitch and perception, inviting the listener into a deeper, more attentive state.
