The rain poured, but nothing could stop the energy in that room!
What an afternoon at the Inspired Alswel Foundation’s Partnership for Impacts programme! The young leaders who showed up soaking wet and full of fire proved that the ones who show up in the rain are the same ones who will show up for Ghana when it matters most.
Leadership is about integrity, vision, and a genuine desire to serve. Be ready mentally, morally, and professionally — because the seats of influence are not far from you.
“To whom much is given, much is expected.” Your youth, education, and opportunity are not just blessings they are a responsibility.
Show up with honesty. Lead with purpose. Serve with your whole heart. 🙏🏾
Last week, I engaged with interns at DTI training centers in Accra and Ho, as well as Impala Foundation Beneficiaries, delivering sessions on personal branding.
These talented young professionals gained actionable guidance on presenting themselves with purpose and confidence, covering the concept, importance, key components, and practical steps to building a strong personal brand.
If you could give one piece of advice to a young professional just starting to build their personal brand, what would it be?
Awhile back, the Precision Quality Internship Program reached out to me. What started as a simple conversation turned into something really special!
Empowering young people has always been close to my heart both as Deputy National Women’s Organizer of the NDC and CEO of Impala Foundation. So I jumped at the chance to be part of their journey!
One thing led to another, and I found myself standing before wonderful students at Accra Technical University and JEM AFRIK as a Guest Lecturer, talking about Personal Branding & Professional Development.
Honestly? That room gave ME energy! The questions, the curiosity, the drive these young people are absolutely ready to take on the world!
Big thank you to the Precision Quality Internship team for the opportunity. The work you do for Ghana’s youth is truly commendable!
Over the week, we hosted a special Almuerzo Brunch bringing together all Regional Women Organizers and their Deputies. Having everyone in one space, radiating such energy, togetherness, and drive was truly a remarkable sight.
As Deputy National Women’s Organizer, this experience has deepened my commitment to championing our women’s wing in every effort to organize, uplift, and lead with purpose. United, nothing can stop us and the women of NDC have an even brighter future ahead.
What a fulfilling day at the Umbrella Leadership Dialogue with my amazing students at TEIN-UPSA!
Speaking on the theme “Rising Under the Umbrella: Grooming Leaders for Tomorrow” reminded me of why I remain passionate about nurturing the next generation.
To the young minds at UPSA — leadership is not about titles. It is about service, integrity, and lifting others as you rise.
You are the future, and I am rooting for every single one of you.
Organized by TEIN-UPSA | LBC Auditorium, UPSA | April 2nd, 2026
Over the week I served as Guest Speaker at the Precision Quality™️ Internship Graduation and Exhibition Ceremony organized by the Design and Technology Institute in partnership with Accents & Art and supported by the Mastercard Foundation.
In my remarks, I encouraged the graduating interns to embrace the mindset of personal growth and self empowerment las they step into the next phase of their journeys. In today’s rapidly evolving world, continuous learning remains the key to staying relevant and competitive.
I also urged them to intentionally brand themselves, uphold excellence in their craft, and position their skills in ways that create opportunities and impact within their communities and beyond.
Congratulations to all the graduates. Your creativity, resilience, and dedication give us great hope for the future.
Impact is most meaningful when it strengthens community, faith and unity at the same time.
This Ramadan, I reaffirmed my commitment to social inclusion by donating 30 bags of rice, 30 boxes of oil, 25 boxes of sugar, 20 boxes of Milo, and 20 cartons of milk among other items to the Muslim Community Of Akweteman as I’ve done every year for over a decade now
During the visit, I commended the Imam’s consistent leadership in promoting peace and national cohesion, noting that stability remains the foundation for sustainable growth. The Imam expressed sincere appreciation, describing the support as timely and spiritually significant for the Akweteman Muslim community.

Sharing moments from my visit to the University for Development Studies, Tamale, where I had the privilege of supporting brilliant but financially disadvantaged students through the payment of their school fees.
Education is the foundation upon which we build individual dreams and collective progress.
I continue to be humbled by the warm birthday wishes and encouragement received from across the country.
This gesture reinforces my unwavering dedication to initiatives that create opportunities for our young people and contribute to national development.
Together, we invest in a future of hope and possibility.
As I mark my birthday, I have chosen to commemorate the day through an act of service and national responsibility.
In support of education and human capital development, I was honored to contribute to the payment of school fees for brilliant but needy students at the University for Development Studies, Tamale, and Ho Technical University, Ho. Investing in education remains central to building an inclusive and prosperous future for our country.
I am grateful for the goodwill and birthday messages received, and I reaffirm my commitment to supporting initiatives that empower our youth and strengthen our nation.
