THE HEART OF THE PENTHOUSE – Ceci
Ceci’s building offers residences of different sizes, ranging from apartments for couples or single residents to the unique top-floor penthouse: the true gem of the building. This entire residence enjoys a 360-degree view of the city, allowing the sun to move around the home throughout the day.
At Studio Modijefsky, we carefully considered the layout of each apartment type. In the case of the penthouse, we envisioned an impressive entrance leading into a generous open living space at the heart of the home. At the same time, more intimate areas are created through the seating corner and the kitchen, which follows the perimeter of the apartment, forming a secluded nook ideal for quiet morning rituals.
Every spatial intention and atmosphere can be customised according to the wishes of the future residents with Studio Modijefsky.

THE TENDERNESS OF GREEN – Ceci
Future residents of Ceci, located in Amsterdam Zuid, have the opportunity to translate the Magic Realism narrative of the building into a more intimate and tailored atmosphere within their apartments. Unexpected shapes, expressive materials, and unique pairings introduce a touch of everyday magic into the home, intentionally quiet and withdrawn from the outside world.
Low, grounded spaces encourage a slower pace, while warm tones and wooden textures create continuity throughout. Light is softened and filtered rather than dramatic, resulting in a home that feels less performative and more like a place of retreat.

Since last week, sales for Ceci are officially open. We are very proud of what has been achieved together with our colleagues Broersema, Being and Space Encounters in this first phase.
We truly hope to be part of what comes next.
Studio Modijefsky’s interior concept is offered as an option for future residents, having the opportunity to translate the Magic Realism narrative of the building, into a more intimate and tailored space in their apartments - living art as a daily part of your living.
Through a rich palette and carefully selected materials, the interiors guide residents from the first light of the morning to the quietest moments of the night. The bedroom becomes a perfect example: layered textures, warm tones and keeping the tone artistic with the artwork by Bregje Sliepenbeek, shaping a space that feels both personal and dreamy.

Yesterday we participated at the Ceci Select Preview Event. A project in which we have been involved since the very beginning. We translated the concept of living and the beautiful architecture by Space Encounters into the interior, visualizing the potential of the building and defining the lay-out, materials, colours, and atmosphere that express it best.
Currently sales for Ceci are officially open, with 24 residences available. We are very proud of what has been achieved together with @beingdevelopment , @spaceencountersamsterdam , @makers_of_sustainable_spaces , @_broersma and @vinkbouw.nl , and we truly hope to be part of what comes next.

Ceci Boutique Living ontvouwt zich in lagen van licht, ruimte en aandacht. Tijdens het Ceci Select Preview Event nemen we je mee in het verhaal achter het ontwerp, de ritmiek van de woningtypes en de gedachte waarmee dit project is gevormd. Tijdens het event krijgen geïnteresseerden een uitgebreide verdieping in het project, de verschillende woningtypes, de planning en de visie achter het ontwerp.
