This past year I have fully leaned into what lights me up. I discovered EFT(Emotional Freedom Techniques), AKA “Tapping”, five years ago and began using it on myself and with my kids. I fell in love with this healing modality and was blown away by the positive impact it had on me and my family. I began my training in Feb 2022 and last month became an accredited EFT Practitioner. I love creating an EFT session that fully supports the individual to heal and live the life they desire.
