Today we got 3 clients from Instagram. A lot of people think getting clients from social media requires viral videos or speaking confidently on camera. The truth is - it’s about understanding content structure. Most of our reels cross 350k+ 20k+ 100k+ views and comments, and I’m still not comfortable speaking on camera. So we focus on what actually matters: • Strong hooks that stop people from scrolling • Clear storytelling that keeps people watching • Content that shows real work, not motivational quotes When content shows real execution, clients automatically start conversations. That’s exactly what happened today. 3 clients. From one platform. Social media works when content is built with intent, not just posted randomly. Back to execution. If you want clients from Instagram, focus more on the hook than the editing.

Rebuilding the Agency - Day 4 3 days ago we decided to stick to one funnel and stop changing strategies every few days. The focus was simple: • Outreach to manufacturing companies • Show them demo website concepts instead of just pitching services • Book meetings and understand their business first After a few conversations and meetings, today we finally closed our first client. Project value: ₹80,000 Not a huge number yet, but after the situation we were in, this felt like a big step forward. The interesting part was the meeting. Instead of pushing our services, we focused more on: • how their business gets customers • what their current website is missing • how a better website can help their sales That completely changed the conversation. Small progress, but it shows the system might actually work. Still rebuilding. Still executing. Running an agency or working in marketing? Comment “LOOP” - let’s connect.

One thing we realised during outreach… Most manufacturing companies don’t understand what a good website can do for their business. So instead of pitching services, we started doing something different. We are showing them demo websites first and other services. Example: If it’s a lighting company, we show them how a modern lighting website could look. If it’s a furniture manufacturer, we show them a demo layout of their products online. This makes the conversation easier because they can visualise the result. And that’s how we booked 4 meetings through outreach and 8 meetings from Calls. Now the goal is simple: Show value first → then discuss the project. Let’s see if this approach works in the long run. Comment “DEMO” if you want to see the demo website we are showing these companies.

Yesterday I shared that my company is almost dead. Cashflow: 0 After thinking a lot, we realised one thing - we were changing strategies too fast. So from today we are committing to one funnel for the next 45 days. There are 3 partners in the company, and we’ve divided responsibilities clearly. Dhaval will focus on strategy calls and getting more meetings. He’ll be targeting 3 different industries and building relationships there. Sumit will handle outreach. Cold outreach across 3 different industries (different from Dhaval’s). We’ll also use AI automation to increase lead generation. I’ll handle the meetings and backend. Team management, client retention, and making sure the funnel stays aligned. For the next 10 days, the goal is simple: • Identify the right niche / industry • Sell social media marketing + website services • Generate 8-10 meetings every day to improve conversion probability No more changing plans every few days. Just one system, consistent execution. Let’s see where we are in 45 days. Comment “FUNNEL” and I’ll share some of the leads and industries we’re currently tapping into.

This is how we built a startup into a company. We started with a team of just two people. Me and my partner. At first, I thought hiring more people would make things easier. It didn’t. Everything still depended on me. Work stopped when I stopped. So I paused and rebuilt the system. Instead of assigning work, I trained one person to train others. Once the team could run without me for 15–20 days, only then did we add more services. Growth didn’t come from more work. It came from fixing how work moves. If you are stuck running everything yourself, your problem isn’t effort. It’s structure. Comment LET’S BUILD and I’ll share how we designed this system. #startup #founderlife #buildinginpublic #teambuilding #businesssystems

Started as a solo freelancer. Just me, 4 web projects, and one goal — get clients who actually value the work. So I built: → A cold outreach system based on research → A lean team (hired 2 interns from my college) → A tight process: find → pitch → convert → No ads. Just results. Just consistency. Used platforms like: Instagram • Justdial • IndiaMART • Facebook …to generate leads without spending a rupee on marketing. Fast forward 60 days: ✅ 10-member team ✅ High-ticket projects ✅ Built from scratch — no investor, no fluff Now the base is ready — and I’m thinking of raising. Because 0 → 10 is pure hustle. But 10 → 30 is where system meets scale. 💬 Comment “Founder” and Follow — I’ll send you: → The tools we use → Our pitch system → And if you want to collaborate or start something with me — DM me #YoungFounder #BootstrapJourney #StartupMindset #BuildInPublic

Why most founders give up in 2 months? Not because of failure — but burnout. Even I started solo. For 1 month, I did everything myself. → Closed a few clients → Gathered some capital → But I was overloaded. Then I realised — you don’t grow by doing everything. You grow by building a system. So I hired 2 interns — on 30-day credit. Work first. Pay later. → One focused on communication → One on deep research We did it differently: → Started with 2 interns → Focused on 1 system → Built clarity before hiring more Startups don’t die from failure. They die from founder overload. Comment “Loop” and I’ll share my roadmap + 100 leads that helped me close 10 clients last month. #StartupJourney #YoungFounder #BuildWithClarity #SystemOverHustle #FoundersLife #StartupSystems #BusinessGrowth #EarlyStageStartup #TeamBuilding #ZeroToScale #NoFundingNeeded #SmartHiring

Finding leads isn’t hard — if you know where to look: Here are some underrated but high-converting sources we use: • Instagram hashtags (niche-based) • Article pages on Instagram & Facebook • IndiaMART & Justdial • Google My Business • Pinterest (use location-based search) • Meta Ads Library (find clients already running ads = serious buyers) • Niche-based Telegram groups • Facebook search & Threads hashtags • Article websites that list businesses (paid listings = serious clients) • 3rd-party listing platforms → These give you warm leads without spending on ads. Comment “Leads” and I’ll share full details + all tool links. #FindClients #LeadGenerationTools #AgencyGrowth #ScaleWithoutAds #DigitalAgencyLife

Startups don’t fail because they lack people. They fail because they lack clarity. In the early stage, you don’t need 10 hires. You need 2 core team members who can build systems before building a team. 1️⃣ One who brings the business – Handles outreach – Converts leads – Talks to clients → This person brings in predictable cashflow. 2️⃣ One who delivers the service – Handles backend – Manages quality – Builds SOPs → This person ensures clients stay. That’s it. Revenue + Delivery. Everything else can be automated, outsourced, or done later. More people = more chaos — unless your systems are ready to handle them. Comment “CORE” and I’ll share how I built our 2-person operating system. #StartupFounder #BusinessSystems #BuildSmart #LeanStartup #FounderContent
