(📍155 Brick Lane E1 6SB) the first time I was here was in November 2024. I reviewed the salt beef sandwich but after reviewing Mr bagels in Tottenham I thought it was only right I come back to the original OG of bagels to review the signature best selling salt beef bagel here at bagel bake and in my humble opinions this place needs no introduction they are the founders and pioneers of the salt beef bagel. In London when you think of salt beef bagels the first place you think of is this place in the East End of BrickLane they’ve been around for decades upon decades upon decades I have been coming here for at least three decades they are open 24 seven they do not close they do not even have a look on the front door so it’s only right. the bagel bake in BrickLane gets a straight covenant pinnacle 10 out of 10 and that’s a big mass burger review #love #instagood #art #photooftheday #photography

To say I was excited, is an understatement! This place has been on my hit list for a very long time and I FINALLY got my hands on that iconic salted beef and pickle bagel 🤤🥯
The tender salty beef was so juicy and succulent, and it was packed full of meat, no scrimping here! The pepper kick of the mustard complimented the sour pickle so well (mustard and pickle are optional). An explosion of flavours sandwhiched between the most perfect, chewy, soft bagel I've ever had.
Dreams were made 😍🤤
This 24 hour bakery is very well known, and rightfully so. But dont let any queues put you off, because they are honestly quick to the mark. You wont be waiting for long. And anyway.. any wait is worth it for that salted beef and pickle bit of heaven 🥯
The best £6.90 I've ever spent 🖤
