It's been a minute instagram! Life is busy, but I wanted to share one of my favorite projects this past year. In creating this new adaption of Treasure Island, we really talked about the idea of channeling our inner child and unlocking a sense of adventure. I was initially very attracted to star maps and the beautiful textures in constellation artwork. This eventually translated to telling a textural story for each person through the feeling of their fabric. The people Jim crosses paths with throughout the narrative have all gone through different adventures, while his is just beginning. These expeditions, memories, and stories are part of the fibers in each item they wear. This piece is truly about the journey; each character's arc represents a different influence in Jim's coming of age story. I love this team and I love this show. I honestly miss it after opening!

Hamlet 💀 (Part II)
Alabama Shakespeare Festival
Conceptualizing the principals was extra exciting because we decided to highlight the generational conflict within this family. The characters were placed in the socially heightened world of a wealthy estate party. Our senior royal family members channeled classic 30s salon fashion with a modern flair, while the youth of the family had a retro, less conformist artistic edge.

Morgan Kate Behm made her debut at 7:18 am on July 28th (coincidentally on the 6th anniversary of our engagement). We are all doing well. She is perfect and we could not be luckier. Jeff and I think she is our greatest collaboration yet! Love you sweet girl and can’t wait for all the memories ahead 🩷
We are so excited to welcome this baby girl in just 5 short weeks!! Ballad also needed a photo shoot to celebrate turning 10. She’s gonna be the best big sister! ❤️🐾👶🤰

Been a wild few months to say the least! Already our sweet girl has tagged along to Europe, been through three techs, a few job interviews, countless plane rides, and lazy days with her big sister.
