Old Mr. Toad's bespoke jacket is almost done! Sleeves are sewn in, what's left is sewing the lining to the shell, hand sewing the lining sleeves, hand sewing hems and then buttons! Hems still need to be done for the vest too and once all that is done we are onto the hands and the feet 🐸 it's been a long process but I am building this toad outfit from nothing and so excited to share it with the world!

I designed & built this character through his personality and wrote the script with him and animal puppets! My costume designer made a custom costume—wide collar, princess seams, padded shoulders—for this mask/puppet/storytelling/music program by Behind the Mask Studio & Theatre to bring this dear toad of mine to life✨
