🚨 BIG ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨 BEETLE BODEGA IS CHANGING. It is bittersweet to announce that our time in the Organic Bean Cafe at the Greenbelt shops is expiring. I won’t say that Beetle Bodega is closing because we are actually just transforming and evolving. Isn’t that the purpose of this life? While change is not easy, I’m so thankful that Beetle Bodega has been able to blossom in this space with @organicbeancafe . I’m extremely grateful for the friendships we’ve made, the community we’ve built and the other small businesses who have been able to share in the shop with us. I’m happy for OBC, they get to expand into the space the way they’ve always wanted to and I’m excited for Beetle Bodega to grow and shift in new ways. The shop will be open Tuesday through Saturday for the next 3 weeks but May 3rd will be the last day that Beetle Bodega will be operating in the current storefront. While the ultimate goal is to find a bigger shop that can accommodate a more extensive market (including wine!), for the time being we will be doing mocktail pop ups, bartending events, and mobile markets. I humbly ask that if you love Beetle Bodega, you continue to support us any way you can. Please come shopping, buy it all before we go! Beetle Bodega will be kickin’ it @phantomfoxbeerco with @goatandram this Sunday from 11am-2pm. We’ll have some of your favorites from the shop, but mostly we just want to grab a pizza and a beer and hang out with the homies. More importantly, the brewery is hosting a donor site to test for a match for @hopeforkiri . This sweet babe has been diagnosed with a debilitating and potentially deadly brain disease and urgently needs a bone marrow transplant. Come get your cheek swabbed to see if you’re the match!
