Lift Warsaw | 20–22 March
In March, we delivered the Lift project in Warsaw.
We were responsible for the full technical scope of the event:
lighting, sound, stage, on-site technical support, and the development of a custom LED structure created specifically for this project.
The client wanted a strong visual element that would stand out and become an important part of the event.
To answer this task, we designed and built a custom LED structure that became one of the key visual points of Lift.
Throughout all event days, attendees kept taking photos with it — which was probably the best proof that the idea worked.
Projects like this always require precision, preparation, and a team that can keep the full technical process under control.
Thanks to @lera_rumaa and her team for the trust.

Today we’d like to say a few words about the guys from @samshazam.eu
We truly love this team with all our hearts, and it’s always a pleasure to work with them.
The way they prepare for their shows is top-notch: meticulousness, talent, responsibility, and attention to every detail. It’s clear that behind their ease on stage lies a lot of hard work, discipline, and a love for what they do.
We often perform at corporate events and private parties, but we’re especially thrilled to be together at outdoor city concerts, where the artists’ energy meets the audience’s lively response.
@samshazam.eu you guys are awesome.
Keep shining, keep shining even brighter, and the BeeTech team will always be happy to provide the perfect soundtrack for you, just like nightingales.
On April 1–2, the BeeTech team worked at Conversion in Warsaw.
It was a major and important event with a tight preparation schedule and a large-scale technical setup, which our team handled.
One of the key elements for us was the backline for The Hardkiss’s performance.
We prepared and provided the stage setup necessary for the live performance: instruments, switching gear, stands, microphones, and everything else that needed to be ready before the artists took the stage.
To the audience, it looks simple: the band comes on stage and plays.
For the technical crew, it involves hours of preparation, precise timing, and responsibility for every element on stage.
BeeTech — technical support for events, concerts, and live shows.
At Promenada Shopping Centre in Warsaw, the grand final of GAME ZONE powered by Orange took place a Counter-Strike 2 tournament with gaming zones, spectators, live broadcast, and a real esports atmosphere right inside the shopping mall.
Our BeeTech team was responsible for the technical part of the project:
the main stage, screen for match broadcasts, lighting, sound, and everything that turned the gaming zone into a full-scale event.
Everyone wants things to just work.
No delays, no panic, no last-minute chaos.
For the stage to come alive at the perfect moment.
For the light to breathe with the music.
For no one to notice how complex it really was.
But behind that effortless beauty — weeks of sketches, testing, and rehearsals.
Dozens of people whose names won’t be mentioned, yet they hold every second of the event on their shoulders.
Tech production isn’t about equipment.
It’s about mastering chaos,
about the millimeters that build emotion, and the seconds that shape perfection.
SENRISEA knows — magic isn’t luck.
It’s engineered. Down to the last cable.

There’s a side of technical work people rarely notice right up until something starts sounding off.
With drums, you hear it fast.
That’s why nothing here is done by eye.
Every mic, every position, every decision comes down to precision, experience, and knowing how the system needs to work in a real live setup.
This is where solid live sound starts.
Live music often has more freedom and improvisation.
And even small imperfections don’t ruin it they actually prove it’s real, not “like a recording.”
Live sound is music you can’t recreate exactly the same way twice.
That’s why we love working on tours and concerts this is where live sound truly lives.
Event DJ ≠ Club DJ
This isn’t about who’s better it’s about different tasks.
In a club, a DJ plays a set.
At an event, a DJ works the whole show often 6+ hours and does it in sync with the host and the program.
An event DJ: •constantly follows what’s happening in the room and the schedule •hits stings/jingles/background tracks at the right moments: walk-ons, awards, interactions •adapts to the host, not “plays whatever they feel like” •knows how to handle awkward pauses quickly lifting the energy or calming the room when needed •if the event is themed, prepares the music in advance, not searching on the fly
A wedding, a corporate event, and a club set are three different jobs.
That’s why organizers shouldn’t look only at “how they play,” but at experience in your exact format.
Simple recommendation: •run a clear briefing •align on the timeline, key moments, and “no-go” tracks •choose a DJ who has done events like yours before
No disrespect to club DJs it’s just a different format. Events require a different level of involvement and responsibility.
A soundcheck is an essential part of any performance.
This is when we balance the mix, test all equipment, consider the venue acoustics, and align everything with the artist’s technical rider.
This is where a stable and high-quality show truly begins.
BEE TECH professional preparation before the first sound.
