It was the @bafta awards last night in case you missed it. Gutted we didn’t pick up the Best Actor award, well done Tim Spall. But @therealkano did pick up some silverware for producer role on @topboynetflix for best drama alongside @ashleywalters and the rest of the team, congratulations to @netflixuk as well. Well done to @jasminejobson for picking up a gong for Supporting actress, well deserved. #bafta #topboy #drama
Only spoke to your Brother few days ago as we are both in Miami, Kelly spoke to you a few days ago about a painting (a surprise) for me (inspired by our dance at Raco) and now you are not here, which is unmanageable, I’m still trying to get my head around this, gutted, upset, baffled, surreal, no words can really describe the feeling. However what I’ve seen in the last 24hrs is immense love and friendship. Very rarely have I picked up new friends in this later part of life that have had an impact like you had on me and Kelly. A gentle, warm and loving soul, someone who loved his family and friends without any conditions, pure love, and the most important love, your Daughter, River. Special thanks to Shamus and George for being the connection and those first 3 days of endless madness, laughter and stories. I wished we had met sooner, but these things happen for a reason. 2nd day of George’s wedding is now immortalised, we had little dance, that’s had a moment, with the help George and James looking at music, is my hazy memory, next thing you are calling me every 5mins ha ha. Big thanks to my Soul mate, Best friend and Wife, @kellythomas35 for treating me to the magnificent break in Chicago and Mexico (Mexico City, Oaxaca City, Puerto Escondido and Punta Mita) for our birthdays. I cant say it was totally fabulous as we both got ill at one point, but I’m glad we got to finish the trip in Punta Mita and Mexico City. Big thanks to @blucu for looking after us at Queen at @smartbarchicago and all the help and tips from @nicholaspfg in Mexico, country wide. Got to try lots of new food in the best of spots.
