I am truly humbled to have been invited by the President Dr. Stefan Stângaciu of the International Federation of Apitherapy, to join several important commissions alongside an incredible group of apitherapists, honeybee researchers, alternative health practitioners, professors, and outstanding doctors from around the world. The board members including the commission members are about 50 people in total and represent some of the brightest minds in apitherapy and honeybee-based medicines, working together to advance research, collaboration, and integrative healing. The commissions I’ll be contributing to include:
🌿 Commission for Medicinal Beekeeping, Technology & Apitherapy
🌿 Commission for Apitherapy & Traditional Medical Systems
🌿 Commission for Medicinal Bee Plants, Biodiversity & Ecological Sustainability
🌿 Commission for Bee Health & Apitherapy
I am deeply grateful for this opportunity and look forward to learning, sharing, and contributing to the global conversation on bee-based medicine, natural beekeeping, quality bee products, and holistic healing.

Pretty special that our top three best sellers are also the names of our daughters. Farmers market season is around the corner -and with it comes Diggin’ Livin’ on-tap jun season. Tuesday Ashland coming soon the third week of May 💛🖤💛🖤💛 drink local!
We like to say Dig Bees or Die but really the super harsh version is eat sugar and die. Get that shit out of the U.S. and just use your local low carbon footprint for your sweetener - raw honey.

Hanging out on the bridge overlooking the East Fork of the Illinois River watching upwards of nearly 100 huge Winter Steelhead and Salmon. These are the days when the majesty of Nature is just beyond comprehensible. Nature knows exactly what it’s doing. #loveandgratitude #digginlivin
Just a reminder that here in the USA we have unalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. That is in fact endowed to us by our Creator. Not the government and especially not the FDA. Beekeeper to beekeeper we can heal this land and all the people with Nature. Yeah it works - no reason to get upset. #apitherapy #digginlivin #honeybees #beekeeperslife #raisingresilientbees #beekeeper #beevenomtherapy #bvt #medicalfreedom #healthiswealth
One of our greatest joys as beekeepers is producing honey, a golden food we see as pure medicine. It’s health, nourishment, and sweetness all in one. A gift from the bees 🐝
Real wild honey comes from ecological beekeeping, the kind that protects the full medicinal power of everything the bees create.
Our honey is produced using what we call Natural Nest Beekeeping, where we keep organically managed, biodynamic colonies. We tend bees in biodiverse, pesticide-free landscapes in the pristine country of Southern Oregon. We make sure our bees live in an environment that’s organic both inside the hive their home and outside it. This isn’t rocket science, just the basic principles of what was once considered organic beekeeping. The result is honey rich with life: full of plant-based antioxidants, beneficial enzymes, trace minerals, and natural antibacterial compounds like hydrogen peroxide and methylglyoxal.
Unlike most commercial honey, ours is never heated or ultra-filtered. We keep it raw and intact so every jar holds the full bioactive strength of the hive.
This is real medicine, honey that supports immune function, gut balance, wound healing, and the body’s natural fight against inflammation.
When you buy honey, take a moment to look into where it comes from and how it’s made. In the U.S., we don’t have Country of Origin requirements — so if it doesn’t say where it was produced, how do you know? Get to know your local beekeeper. Ask about the honey flow, whether they feed with GMO corn syrup, or treat with chemicals. It matters, because honey is medicine and should be treated as such. Otherwise, it’s just a local sweetener, and that’s still something special, but for the health of the hives, the health of the land, and the integrity of the food you bring home, get the good stuff. Honey is power-packed medicine for your whole family.
You can find our honey and hive-made medicines online through our website shop (link in bio!), at our farmers market booth in Ashland, OR, and in a few local shops that share our values. 🍯
Elizabeth is on her healing path with apitherapy. She is letting go of fear and fully embracing bee venom therapy. She traveled far to be here and is staying close by for two weeks and stinging with me every other day. Slow and steady. She is feeling very hopeful that BVT will once again heal her pains. #bvt #apitherapy #nofear #fearnot #beecenteredhealing #beevenomtherapy
