What is a Fisher House? A Fisher House offers free lodging for military and veterans’ families while their loved ones receive medical care at major military and VA medical centers. These homes feature private suites and shared common areas, ensuring comfort and community. Since 1990, the Fisher House Foundation has supported over 455,000 families, saving them approximately $575 million in lodging and transportation costs.
