Have you ever been in something and realized after some time, it just wasn’t for you? They never cheated, never did you wrong nor were they a bad person? Same. I thought maybe I should stay because there was worse out there, but I didn’t FEEL it. I felt like I was just existing in it. I wasn’t sad nor was I happy. So I ended it, before it got bad. Before I hated you or vice versa. Before I came off as crazy. I know. It’s crazy. What’s even crazier is staying in something just so you don’t feel lonely. It’s okay to feel alone sometimes. You discover something in you that you weren’t able to see before- without all these distractions. I’m learning that it’s okay to exist on my own. As me, without other influences. I’m not ALONE. I have people who love me. But most importantly- I love me. At least I’m learning to 🫶🏽
