This custom designed 2 bedroom 2 bathroom was built on a raised foundation and features a vaulted ceiling living room, custom windows/pocket doors, custom built cabinets/countertops/sinks and it’s own new main plumbing line connected at the street. Ugh! Plaster. Let the tools do the work. Cut the plaster back to expose at least 1 1/2” of the slats around the perimeter. 1/2” drywall falls flush with the existing plaster on the install and the finish is smooth. (Only the first coat of finish 👉🏼)
