Bridgette Flagg is the owner and head chef of Soulé Chicago. • A Chicago native who grew up in North Lawndale • Inspired by her grandmother and family cooking traditions  • Built Soulé from the ground up into a well-known restaurant brand • Focuses heavily on community impact, hiring local residents and mentoring at-risk youth 
Her goal has always been bigger than food—she uses the restaurant to give back, create jobs, and uplift her neighborhood.
